Monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s credit card on the purchase anniversary date.

In the event the customer wishes to cancel the Wash Club Membership, cancellations must be received via email only by sending details to [email protected]. Full Name, RFID Tag Number and Vehicle Registration must be detailed in the email. Please allow a minimum of (7) business days prior to the next billing date for effect cancellation of program.

There are strictly NO REFUNDS for partial months.

Wash Club Members must contact Tunnel Express Carwash to give notification of changes to contact or billing information, including but not limited to: Change of Address, Email or Credit Card details. In the event Tunnel Express Carwash is unable to charge a customer’s credit card due to card expiration or change of information, the customer’s program will be automatically deactivated. Reactivation will occur at current monthly rate.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with Tunnel Express in order to receive any changes/updates to Terms & Conditions for the Wash Club Membership.

Club Registration RFID Tags remain the exclusive property of Tunnel Express Carwash and must be surrendered on request. In the event that RFID Tags are tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its Terms & Conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies will be forfeited.

Damaged Wash Club RFID Tags will incur a $5 Issuance and Replacement Fee. No Exceptions.

The Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other program(s) or discounts including, but not limited to Pre-Paid Washes, Vouchers, Fleet and/or Coupons, or Promotional offers/Special Event pricing.

The Wash Club program entitles membership holders to wash their vehicle a maximum of once/day.

Tunnel Express Carwash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays or equipment failure.

Tunnel Express Carwash may increase monthly rates with notice posted on-site and online at least 14 days in advance.

Wash Club Memberships are intended for a single vehicle use. Fraud will result in immediate termination of the Wash Club Program.

By completing the Sign-Up Form, I understand that this is a recurring monthly charge on my credit card for my Wash Club Membership.

Tunnel Express Wash Club is not applicable to taxis or ride sharing vehicles.
